Osmotic fragility studies in three patients with aplastic anemia due to chronic benzene poisoning

In three patients with aplastic anaemia due to chronic benzene poisoning osmotic fragility before and after incubation at 37°C. for 24 hours was performed. Although the results of osmotic fragility before incubation were within normal limits, a mild or moderate increase in osmotic fragility after incubation at 37 C.° for 24 hours was observed in two of them.
