Pathogenic sarcomere mutations are found in about 50% of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) patients. Currently, clear genotype-phenotype relations are lacking. This study compares phenotype and outcome in genotype positive (G+) and genotype negative (G-) HCM.
