The Influence of Early Nursing Intervention to fat Embolism Syndrome

Objective: To explore the influence of early treatment and nursing intervention to the fat embolism syndrome(FES). Method: To observe the symptom of central nervous system and respiratory system in patients with non-cerebral trauma,to promptly retrieve the hypoxemia and take the effective measures to keep the unobstruction of respiratory tract and nurse the high fever,to positively prevent and treat the complication.Result: 25 cases recovered fully except one old case who was at his last gasp and his family members ask for giving up treating in 26 cases with multiple fracture complicating FES,the recovery ratio was 96.15%.Conclusion: FES is one kind of complication of serious trauma with higher mortality,to take the early nursing intervention can increase the achievement ratio of salvage and reduce the mortality.
