Tailored Modification of Plasma Polymerized Nanoparticles

Reactive plasmas are an excellent source for dust particles with different characteristics. In the work presented herein the nanoparticles produced in such systems were post‐processed by means of annealing, VUV/x‐ray irradiation, and ion bombardment.
