Dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) after acute coronary syndromes (ACS) is the standard antithrombotic treatment. Strategies including direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) after ACS have been studies in recent RCTs with the aim of further decreasing thrombotic events.
