A 27-year-old woman underwent antenatal ultrasonography at 32 weeks of gestation, and the fetus was noted to have two cystic lesions within the pelvis, suggesting bilateral ovarian cysts. The right-sided lesion measured 2.1 cm and the left 3.0 cm in diameter.
