Investigation of Hepatitis B Patients'Anti-virus Therapy Compliance In Wuwei City

OBJECTIVE To investgate the chronic hepatitis B patients' compliance to the anti-virus therapy in Wuwei City.METHODS Choosing 667 chronic hepatitis B patients rondomly,a questionnaire was sent to these patients,the results were analysed with chi-square test.RESULTS 248 patients(36.9%)can use anti-virus medicine according the doctors advice,the effective factors were:patients have a poor awareness status of anti-virus therapy,those medicines were expensive and doctors don't have enough knowledge on hepatic diseases.CONCLUSIONS the compliance rate is very low among the chronic hepatitis B patients to the anti-virus therapy in Wuwei City.Increasing doctors training courses,increasing economy help for these patients,and setting up a manegement model in Wuwei City can increase patients'compliance rate to the anti-virus therapy.
