Investigation and Research on Mental Health Conditions of Patients with Pregnancy Complicated with Diabetes

Objective To study mental health conditions of patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes.Methods The research group included 135 patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes selected in our hospital and control group included 135 healthy pregnancies.Anxious evaluated by state-trait anxiety inventory and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Depression evaluated by Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results Anxious score and depression score were higher in the research group,but there was significant difference in the anxious score between two groups(P0.05),there was significant difference in HbA1c between low trait anxiety and high trait anxiety(P0.05).The most important factor influencing the mental conditions of patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes was lack knowledge about diabetes.Conclusion Patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes are obviously anxious,trait anxiety maybe play an important role in the sugar metabolism control of patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes,we should give them comprehensive treatment conclude psychological intervention and health education.
