The invention relates to a method for distribution of active ingredients in a liquid carrier medium with an active concentration of 0.0001 to 2.0 wt .-%, based on the weight of the liquid carrier medium, characterized, in that a liquid carrier medium by at least one nozzle and a liquid drug solution, emulsion or dispersion by at least a further nozzle, wherein the nozzles are not aligned coaxially with each other, injected at a pressure between 1 and 1000 bar, without using a carrier gas flow into a swirl chamber, thereby a turbulent mixing of liquid phases causes and the resulting liquid mixture through an outlet port from the swirl chamber discharges. In a preferred embodiment, a dye in a surfactant-containing liquid mixture is homogeneously distributed.
