碳点复合薄膜的制备及其可调谐荧光 Carbon Dots Composite Solid Film and Its Tunable Fluorescence

液态碳点具有优异的荧光性能,但在固态条件下其荧光严重淬灭,极大地限制了它在发光器件中的应用。本文将季胺功能化的碳点采用聚乙二醇进一步钝化,制备了聚乙二醇/碳点复合薄膜,该薄膜展现了较强的蓝色至红色连续可调的荧光,这将为碳点在光电器件中的应用提供有价值的参考。 Carbon dots (CDs) possess excellent luminescence properties in liquid; however, its fluorescence quenched seriously at solid state. This limits its application in luminescence devices. Herein, quaternary CDs were passivated further by poly(ethylene glycol), and then the poly (ethylene glycol)/CDs composite solid films were prepared. The films exhibit strong and tunable blue-red emission. This result will provide valuable reference for CDs application in optoelectronic devices.
